RNWD (short for renewed) is an online retailer specializing in certified used electronics, including laptops, tablets, phones, and other devices. We offer high-quality products at affordable prices to provide customers with the best value in renewed technology.
2. Are RNWD products certified and tested?
Yes, all our products go through a thorough inspection and certification process to ensure they meet our quality standards.
3. What condition are the products in?
Our products are categorized into four condition grades to help you understand the item's physical appearance and functionality:
- Like New: The device is in excellent condition with small to no signs of use. It looks and works almost like a brand-new product.
- Good: The device is in above-average condition with some small signs of use, but it functions perfectly.
- Normal: The device shows signs of use, such as minor scratches or scuffs, but nothing major that affects functionality.
- Fair: The device is fully functional but has moderate signs of use, which may include visible wear and tear.
Each grade is clearly explained on the product page so you know exactly what to expect.
4. Do the devices come with a warranty?
Yes, our products come with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering malfunctions but not physical damages. Batteries are covered for 30 days, as they are user-depleted parts. If you experience a battery issue, please notify us within 30 days. RNWD reserves the right to choose whether to swap the device, repair it, or issue a refund. Please note that we may deny warranty claims for devices that show signs of damage.
5. Do you accept returns?
We have a 14-day return policy starting from the date marked as delivered on the tracking information. Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were received. A return shipping label will be provided, but the cost will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure all accounts are logged out of the device before returning. RNWD reserves the right to deny returns if the item is damaged or if there are account locks caused by the buyer.
6. Can I trade in my old device?
Yes, RNWD accepts trade-ins for a variety of electronics. Our trade-in program allows you to get credit towards a new purchase or receive cash for your old device. Visit our Trade-In page to get a quote.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and PayPal for all purchases. We're also working on offering financing options in the future to provide more flexibility for our customers. Stay tuned for updates!
8. How long does shipping take?
We usually ship orders within 24 business hours of purchase. All orders are sent via UPS Ground, with delivery times ranging from 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress on our website or the courier's tracking page.
10. What should I do if my device has an issue?
If you experience any issues with your device, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Our warranty covers eligible repairs or replacements, and we’ll guide you through the process to resolve the issue.
